Our History
PCL's managing director, who is overall in charge of the business and its operations, is a business management consultant by training. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya as well as the Kenya Institute of Management. PCL also draws from the experience of its business associates in the legal and accounting sectors.

Our Mission
Our mission is to promote the development of the small and medium sized businesses in Kenya to enable individual enterprises expand and grow into major national and international concerns by providing high quality management consultancy services, training and other technical skills. We pride ourselves in providing more than just professional management and accountancy services. We like to see ourselves as becoming part and parcel of our clients’ management team. We believe in personalised service.
Automated tasks
We have simplified automated excel spreadsheets that we have developed in-house to assist those of our clients who would rather do their own financial analyses. These include spreadsheets for tax computation, automated financial statements templates, cash flow forecasting formats and financial and ratio analyses worksheets.
Pricing Srategy
Our pricing strategy is based on staff man-hours multiplied at pre-determined rates. These rates are dependent on the individual staff’s qualifications and experience. We do however maintain certain minimum fees for each designated service type. While this pricing strategy is common among similar outfits we keep our prices relatively low in order to make the service affordable. We also keep the fees negotiable subject to our set minimum charges.
